About me
My name's Nokoda, or just Noko, eternal Lalafell.I've been playing FFXIV since late 2021, but instantly fell into the housing rabbit hole 3months after joining the game ! Since then, I've been completely addicted to this, and never stopped building. My favorite aspect of gaming is meeting people around, sharing stories, making friends and discovering new things. Housing became a natural way to do all of these at the same time :)IRL I'm a relaxed person who loves to do beatmaking & video-editing.

Working process
I'm very open while working on the plans, and will often ask for feedback while sharing my screen or sending screenshots. If something can't be done, I will explain why and if it can be done (while still looking good), I will do it :)I also have a way to build ideas in my own place first, so you can actually have a preview of how the house will look like ! This part of the process is free, and is here only to make sure you will love the design, before spending any gils.The time it will take may vary depending on the complexity of the design, but "Speed" is my middle name.

As a quick alternative, I do have a few of my previous commissions available as "premades" that I am allowed to re-use. There is no waiting time for these :)Join my discord to learn more !

Note : The furnishing fee is an estimation. Depending on the build, and the DC you are in, this estimation may change a little, or a lot.

Terms of service
For a custom commission
I only build on one floor. No exception.
I will not build copies of designs from other designers.
I work a lot with feedback so please, be available/responsive when the working process begins.
Solid feedback is very appreciated, but micromanaging is not. I need enough freedom and breathing room to work efficiently.
I will ask for the furnishing fee before starting to build, and my working fee during the building process.
If you want to craft/buy the items yourself, I can send you a clean list of everything we will need in advance but only if you can take care of it fast and efficiently.
Rare untradeable items (PvP, beast tribe vendors, doman enclave, bozja, crafter scrips...) must be provided by you or a tier person.
I only accept payments in gils or services (if you are an artist and want to pay with art for exemple).
I accept to make important changes in the design during the planning phase, but not major shifts at the last minute.
Please do not change/relocate/destroy the place before I had the time to screenshot/video record the completed design.
If later on you decide to change/relocate your house, don't hesitate to poke me so I can do the teardown myself while recording, which will allow me to have a "reversed teardown" video of the design :) This is not a "strict term", but I really appreciate this :D
I will ask to keep my carrd link around somewhere (nokodesign.crd.co) for credit.
I always reserve myself the right to cancel/refuse a commission if some terms are not respected, or if the demand doesn't sound like something I would enjoy building.Thanks for your understanding! <3
Regarding the item cap increase in 7.2-3
Because of the amount of builds I have made, and the numerous demands I already received concerning a potential design upgrade with more slots, I cannot guarantee that I will go for this, since it would just be way too much potential additional work for me, especially with fresh commission still coming in.So be aware, I may OR may not upgrade designs I have made before the slots increase, depending on the demand, and how things will go at that time.To be honest, the builds I might end up upgrading will most likely be the ones that I was allowed to add in my premades, since these ones are used by potentially a lot of people.
