About me
My name's Nokoda, or just Noko, and I'm a bit addicted to housing. I used to change my FC room & house every week, before my buddies pushed me to start taking commissions :) I just love housing, especially in this game, but also in any game in general.I'm a pretty chill dude that just likes to vibe around and meet people. Housing became a natural way for me to express my creativity and make friends while helping around at the same time !Outside of the game, I'm into beatmaking, video editing, doing music with friends and cooking !

Working process
I'm very open while working on the plans, and will often ask for feedback while sharing my screen or sending screenshots. If something can't be done, I will explain why and if it can be done (while still looking good), I will do it :)I also have a way to build ideas in my own place first, so you can actually have a preview of how the house will look like ! This part of the process is free, and is here only to make sure you will love the design, before spending any gils.The time it will take may vary depending on the complexity of the design, but "Speed" is my middle name.

Terms of service
Due to limited item slots and my focus on detailed/custom designs, I only build on one floor. It means no basement, no upstairs, just the main floor.
I will not build copies of designs from other designers. If you want one of my previous design, I do have some "premade designs" but just a limited collection.
I work a lot with feedback so please, be available during my working process. If you need to be away from in game/discord for a while when it's your turn, please notice me so I can manage my time.
Solid feedback is required, but micromanaging is not okay. I need enough freedom and breathing room to work efficiently.
I will ask for the furnishing fee before starting to build so I can get all the required items for the design, and will ask for my working fee when I will start to build.
If you are omnicrafter (or if you prefer to take care of gathering the items for the design), I can send you a clean list of everything we will need in advance, but only if you can take care of it fast and efficiently.
Rare items (PvP, beast tribe vendors, doman enclave, bozja, crafter scrips...) must be provided by you or a tier person.
I only accept payments in gils or services (if you are an artist and want to pay with art for exemple).
I accept to make important changes in the design during the planning phase, but not major shifts at the very last minute/when starting to build.
Please do not change/relocate/destroy the place before I had the time to screenshot/video record the completed design.
I will ask to keep my carrd link around somewhere (nokodesign.crd.co) either in the book or on the placard so people can find me back if they like the place and want to poke me.
If later on you decide to change/relocate your house (which is totally fine no worries !), I would really appreciate being poked so I can teardown the design myself while recording the whole process to make a nice "reversed teardown" youtube video \o/ Just a bonus tho, it is totally not required, but it's nice.
Finally, I always reserve myself the right to withdraw myself from a commission/refuse a commission if I see any red flag, or if the demand doesn't sound like something I would enjoy building.
